Add A Top Bar

Add a top bar to your site with a button on COVID resources. This can be on the top of each page. You want to reassure your visitors that you’re committed to their health and safety.

PRO TIP: If you have a WordPress site, I recommend this plugin (Top Bar) to create a top bar/notification banner.

Create A Resources Page

The button in #1 could link externally (to CDC or WHO resources) or internally (meaning a page you created on your site). On this page you can talk about how your company is handling the pandemic – reassuring them the steps your company has put in place to protect everyone’s health.

Setup Online Scheduling

Allow your visors to schedule virtual consultations or calls directly through your website. This sends the message that you are still there to help your customers and your customers will love the convenience of online scheduling. There are many online scheduling platforms.

PRO TIP: My favorite online scheduling platform, and the only one I use, is Calendly (Calendly.com)
