It Will Save You Time
There are many ways your website can save you (and your business) time but here are just a few. First, you can create a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page which can cut down on the number of repeated emails and/or phone calls you receive. Every business will have 5-10 common questions they receive. Use this page to explain those in detail.
Also, think of your website in the same way you would have a conversation with a potential customer. When a user is viewing your site, they are able to quickly see how you can help them, what services you offer, as well as reading up on your background and specific expertise. Now think about if 10 people were viewing your site at the same time. Each of those potential customers would be going through that same journey, without you actually being present, giving you more time for other valuable business tasks.
