Here’s a website I created for a marriage and family therapy practice in New York City. Andrea came to me needing to re-brand her practice. She was in a transition – moving her practice from one named after herself, to one that encompassed her entire team and services offered. We worked with her to create a new logo, color scheme and website.
The main areas we focused on during the redesign process were to cut down on the number of phone calls and emails she was receiving (getting asked the same questions) and streamlining the process for prospective clients. We have done just that with specific CTA’s (Call-To-Action buttons) present on each page. Instead of Andrea getting bombarded with calls/emails, she now gets intake forms sent from the website (right to her email/into her CRM) which help to keep her practice moving efficiently.
