Why Partner Up?

First things first — I don’t want to waste your time.

If you’re looking for a freelancer to instantly complete your next website project, I’m not your guy. There are plenty of cost-effective options out there.

But if you’re looking to partner with a consultant for long-term, sustained success for your website and online presence, I’d love to work together.

Now that we have that out of the way, here’s my value proposition.

My company specializes in custom website design, website copywriting, website management, and online marketing/SEO to grow your business in the online world.

There are many web design and marketing companies out there, so here’s what makes us different from the rest.

1. Get you more customers

You’re either “growing or dying” and that phrase couldn’t be more true in regards to your online presence. Google algorithms change on the daily. Hackers never sleep. And what was trendy yesterday is old news tomorrow. I blend the latest tech with the web’s best practices to keep you a step ahead of your competition.

The purpose of each site I build is to TURN VISITORS INTO CUSTOMERS (driving them to take the desired action once landing on your site).

2. Dedicated partner

I partner with clients that want long-term, sustainable success from their website and online presence. I didn’t get into this business to turn a quick buck or speed through a project just to move onto the next. The process I follow, and the recommendations I make, are TACTICAL and PURPOSEFUL.

3. Authenticity

I’m the owner and the one that ACTUALLY DOES THE WORK. You may have had difficulties in the past with large marketing agencies—you know, the ones that change employees faster than you change socks.

They never let you talk to the person doing the work because there are 15 layers of communication to go through, or they simply don’t give a rat’s behind about your project because you’re just a number to them.

When we work together, I’m the one who answers the emails, jumps on the video calls, handles the project from start to finish, and cares about the success of your business as if it were my own.

4. Relationship-based approach

I believe in a relationship-based approach, personally and professionally, where collaboration is at the forefront.

I often send client’s videos with the progress of their site (during our build phase) or updates I’ve made (when answering support tickets). I have heard dozens of times how much that personal touch means to them.

To take it one step further, there’s nothing more rewarding than hopping on a plane to visit clients all across the US. One morning, after Super Bowl Sunday, I woke up at 3 to catch a flight to visit client’s in NYC. How did I do that? Not sure. Was it worth it? HELL YES!

5. Responsiveness

I once heard the phrase “your best ability is your availability” when talking about professional athletes. While we may not be playing on the field or in the arena, I’m responsive, timely, and treat each client as if they were MY ONLY CLIENT.

It’s not uncommon for me to respond during off-hours or over the weekend. I turn around most website updates same-day. If bigger changes are requested, I acknowledge the message and let you know when to expect the update(s) will be pushed live.

6. Transparency

Being open, honest, and up-front when communicating with clients is an easy thing to do, right? Well, I sure think so. It’s the only way I know how.

NO FLUFF. NO BS.

I provide up-front pricing for all projects and do exactly what I say I’m going to do. It’s really not that hard!
