I partner with clients that want long-term, sustainable success from their website and online presence. I didn’t get into this business to turn a quick buck or speed through a project just to move onto the next. The process I follow, and the recommendations I make, are TACTICAL and PURPOSEFUL.
I’m the owner and the one that ACTUALLY DOES THE WORK. You may have had difficulties in the past with large marketing agencies—you know, the ones that change employees faster than you change socks.
They never let you talk to the person doing the work because there are 15 layers of communication to go through, or they simply don’t give a rat’s behind about your project because you’re just a number to them.
When we work together, I’m the one who answers the emails, jumps on the video calls, handles the project from start to finish, and cares about the success of your business as if it were my own.
4. Relationship-based approach
I believe in a relationship-based approach, personally and professionally, where collaboration is at the forefront.
I often send client’s videos with the progress of their site (during our build phase) or updates I’ve made (when answering support tickets). I have heard dozens of times how much that personal touch means to them.
To take it one step further, there’s nothing more rewarding than hopping on a plane to visit clients all across the US. One morning, after Super Bowl Sunday, I woke up at 3 to catch a flight to visit client’s in NYC. How did I do that? Not sure. Was it worth it? HELL YES!
I once heard the phrase “your best ability is your availability” when talking about professional athletes. While we may not be playing on the field or in the arena, I’m responsive, timely, and treat each client as if they were MY ONLY CLIENT.
It’s not uncommon for me to respond during off-hours or over the weekend. I turn around most website updates same-day. If bigger changes are requested, I acknowledge the message and let you know when to expect the update(s) will be pushed live.
Being open, honest, and up-front when communicating with clients is an easy thing to do, right? Well, I sure think so. It’s the only way I know how.
